installed avg virus thing and now norton isn't working. i can find the norton file but nothing will open. help me

oh dear - you cant have norton and avg running on one computer as they conflict ......you will need to remove one and possibly reinstall the other ...... sorry !!

buddy dont worry its not a big deal just uninstall any one of them and u ll be fine if u want norton uninstall avg and viceversa best of luck
you can system restore your computer to the time when norton is still working but for me i really dont like norton coz its so hard to uninstall them but then again you paid for their product so might as well use it right?
I would probably go with AVG as Norton is always a pain in the neck. Uninstall Norton and install AVG. The reason why both are not working on your system is that you cannot have two antivirus programs running on a single PC.
