But the most important thing is the attitude of the users. More then 50% of infection happens because of the users, like skipping virus checking of new files, download from unknown sources %26 so on. So both from software %26 brainware must be good
AVG is really good heres a link

download.com

has all that ****
yes get AVG its the best thing possible it scans everything before it lets it do what it has to do and it has e mail virus protection as well as IM virus protection and plus it asks you what you want to do when it finds a virus
Don't go to porn sites, don't download random stuff, stick to big name sites like youtube wikipedia google yahoo cnn.com because they don't try and infect your computer. Clear the cookies on your browser every so often and do NOT click on pop ups because pop ups can give you all kinds of **** if you don't click on the little red x that closes it. No matter what that pop up is saying be it your computer is going to explode because it has a virus or lose 100 pounds instantly it is lying.
