Norton Anti Virus Show a dialog box each 5 minutes?

My system has trojan virus. I scanned the system. but for every 10 minutes it will show one dialog box about the virus information. How can I stop to come the dialog box.some times when i open a site some adult sites also comming with the site.How can I prevent them

you could probably disable it with hijack-this .. at the least u could locate it and disable it manually ..

norton is detecting but cant properly remove the bad programs/ viruses. Download AVG antispyware free version from avg website. make sure to update from inside program first to download latest definitions. Then run full scan to eliminate badware.... make sure to select delete once complete and repair all... good luck. If it doesnt run properly or is very slow, you might want to run it in safe mode....
