Ok I got a virus from downloading a text to speak program and AVG picked it up if it is the the virus vault does that mean that it is out of the way not harming my computer?

you have 2 choices when the virus is in the vault. first is to heal it which basically gets rid of the virus.or you can remove it from the vault which removes it from the computer. either way you are safe now. you can even leave it in the vault with no worries
