Kaspersky anti-virus 6.0-I have the icon on the lowere left corner-how can I reactive this program.?

I had the Kaspersky Anti-virus6.0 on my computer. Then the electric went off and now I cannont re-start the program. Their is the icon on the lower left-hand corner but when I left/right click nothing happens, I am not a computer whiz, so any help would be greatly appreiated.

Go to control panel by click on %26lt;start menu%26gt; - %26lt;control panel%26gt; then click %26lt;add or remove program%26gt; in the list that will come to your view, click %26lt;change or remove%26gt; on the antivirus to unistall (remove) and restart your computer. After this you reinstall the antivirus again which will help you better.
