Can someone tell me what the best ad-ware/anti virus/anti spyware/anti popup is?

Hi:

I want to purchase a decent program to remove ad-ware/spyware/viruses and so forth. I did use ad aware and it cleaned up many adware, but some are left and it is asking me to register to remove them all. So, I figured before I purchase a program (not too expensive...I am a student,) I'd like to ask the opinion of computer experts...Is there a program which removes everything? i.e virus/spyware/ad ware...and I am not sure what other wares there are...Jeez I am studying medicine...and there are more almost more computer diseases than human ones!!!!
