Just download Stopzilla and use it for a while and the virus should go away.

Spyware Doctor and Superantispyware are very good at detecting and removing Spyware infections, but you should run these programs while in safe mode.

You should also download and run Drwebcureit. This is a stand-alone Spyware/Virus remover, requires no installation and is simple to use. This should also be run while in safe mode.

Hijackthis can be also be a very useful aid in Spyware/Virus removal, but should only be used if you know what your doing.
