What's a good one that won't slow down my computer. Also, what are some good Anti-Spyware programs. I use Norton Antivirus and really slows down my computer.

AVG Anti-virus Free is the best. You get free automatic updates. And it's totally free.
i agree avg is a good one or Norton
AVG Free from www.filehippo.com is what I've used for years now.It has free daily updates and found problems that Norton and MacAfee never didn't.I also use Spybot S%26D from the same site.
AVG is free and it doesn't slow you pc down.

These are the programs, my mom IT computer guy installed on her work computer.
There are a bunch of antivirus programs out there and it depends on your budget. There are some free ones and some trial ones out there. If I was you I would find one by asking what your friends use or some techie at the local computer shop. Just find what will fit your computer and use it on a trial basis and go from there.
