What is a good anti virus system to use?internet security
I strongly recommend avast! It's free, and provides good service. It detected a lot of trojans and other kinds of viruses from my pc that avg never detected (and my avg is DAILY updating). Then again, avg is only good when you bought pro edition. Then suddenly, my pc went faster (or is it psychological?=] ). You can download it from here: http://www.download.com/Avast-Home-Editi...
P.S.
The talking voice is awesome xD.

I have used AVG Anti Virus, Zone Alarm Firewall, Spy-bot Search and Destroy and Ad Aware both spyware killers for years. They are all free for personal use and I have had no trouble with Viruses Trojans etc. AVG does not slow the system down as much as some other products and Zone Alarm allows a lot of personal configuration unlike the Windows Firewall. They can all be downloaded from the following linkhttp://www.computeractive.co.uk/. On the home page select downloads and then the appropriate category.I also use Windows Defender from the Microsoft site. It is safe to use two anti-spy products but never use more than one A/V as it can cause conflicts. You should run A/V and anti spy weekly. Hope this helps
AVG is a decent free antivirus protector, for both XP/Vista.
McAFee is free, but it slows down your computer considerably.
Norton is a piece of poopie. =)
Avg By Far!, just go to Downloads.com and search for it, it has served me well for over a yer and no viruses have plagued my desktop

Avast is fine to use. It is still free. You just have to register it again.
AVG is another that is free and requires no registration.
I like AVG Free Edition.
