Can anyone help me with AVG Anti Virus?

When AVG scans my computer it displays the following in the results window -

File:

User32.dll

Result/Infection:

Change

Path:

C\:Windows\System32\User32.dll

Below this it says - No results found so far

Once the scan has finished it still says - No results found.

Do l have a virus or is this normal in AVG?

I suspect this has something to do with a recent hotfix, as I have just seen the same thing myself following a conflict with a realtek soundcard and after applying the fix for that conflict. There are a few other applications that were affected. I suspect that following the hotfix, user32.dll has in fact been changed, but that does not indicate a problem.
