AVG is very good and its free but you will have to update yourself it`s not automatic.You can also use Adaware and Spybot for free.
Dont waste your money buying fancy stuff from the shops,just type in AVG,its free and simple to download,good luck.

i use windows onecare live. its 拢37-99 for a year but you can add 3 pc / laptops to it. i think its great value for the money.
If you want it for free then AVG is the best,if you want to pay for better then NOD32 is way ahead the best.
