When trying to install anti Virus software, I get a 'Sys Admin has set policies to prevent this

I tried installing the latest version of Ad Aware-SE and SuperAnitSpyware. In both cases, I downloaded the versions, Clicked to execute. The install process kicked off. Shortly after the kick off, I get a popup message box that reads 'The Systems Administrator has set policies to prevent this install." I am in under the system administrator account in safe mode trying to do this. I'm having real adware/virus issues. That's why I'm in safe mode. Any ideas? Is this an attempt by the malware developers to hault getting rid of their work?

First try installing and running the anti virus software in the safe mode and if that does work, for $100, you should be able to get it fixed by a shop that will not only back up your data, but re-install your OS

indeed it is the work of the mallware developers so try dwn oading this one
I had just about this same problem. After about a week of mucking with it, frustration and even paying for remote assistance, I took it into a computer shop. Best thing I could have done. It cost me $125, but they found 64 viruses ( and I and remote assistance only knew about 6) saved and copied all my info ( my windows program had crashed ), and my computer has never been this clean or run so smoothly since it was brand new. I would never spend the stress of that week again.
Disconnect your computer from the network and start your computer in normal mood. then you can able to install your software.
